Here we go! Kind of a simple week of meals, but I have to start somewhere, right?
Monday, March 29th: Creamy Basil Parmesan Shrimp & Pasta (Macaroni Grill box kit, but add shrimp instead of chicken), Parmesan Garlic Green Beans
Tuesday, March 30th: Seasoned steaks on grill, Roasted Ranch Potatoes, mixed veggies
Wednesday, March 31st: Slow Cookin' Pulled Chicken sandwiches, Tots
*Note: We have TONS of BBQ sauce that we got for free. So when I make this recipe, I'm just going to use the regular BBQ sauce in place of the other ingredients.
Thursday, April 1st: Scalloped Chicken and Potatoes, Spinach Salad
Friday, April 2nd: Broiled Tilapia Parmesan, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies
Saturday, April 3rd: (Eating out with friends)
Sunday, April 4th: (Dinner with family) Happy Easter, everyone!
